This is a very good product for anyone with a deviated septum, especially if you use a CPAP machine. It helps keep nostrils open. This brand is wider than other brands I've tried and has a strong adhesive. The adhesive is not too strong and does not rip the skin. The little "spring" inside keeps my nostrils open all night. These nasal strips work exceptionally well - so long as they stay attached. Having tried a few different brands, my experience is that these strips provide greater opening of my nasal passages and mitigate my deviated septum quite well while I sleep - so long as they stay attached. Unfortunately I have had many mornings where the strip had become unattached, usually just on one side, sometime during the night. Perhaps that is just my oily skin issue, (I do use an alcohol prep before putting them one). If they stayed attached all night they would definitely be 5 stars.
