My dad has had a blocked nose his whole life.

For years he just accepted it. Snoring, restless sleep, waking up exhausted. Mom sleeping in the other room. He tried every strip he could find, Breathe Right, pharmacy brands, whatever came up on Amazon.

Same problems every time. Too narrow to actually open anything. Fell off at 2am. Ripped his skin off in the morning. Left sticky residue all over his nose. And even when they did stay on, they barely made a difference.

He'd wake up and his mouth was still open. Still mouth breathing. Still exhausted.

A couple of years ago I started noticing the same thing in myself. Heavier breathing at night. Waking up with a dry mouth.
